Outback Steakhouse Shinagawatakanawa

Good food -- the bloomin' onion is always a highlight. Hilariously stupidly named Wallaby Darned is a very delicious cocktail -- and definitely worth going for the "Down Under" version. Air conditioning takes care of the smoke in the smoking section, so that didn't bother us non-smokers.

Great friendly service and delicious ribs but just a real shame they don't serve the full menu like some of the other outback restaurants in Tokyo.I was really hoping to get a big juicey steak on the bone and was looking forward to ordering a 450g "cowboy cut" ribeye. Alternatively I was hoping to get the 600-800g tomahawk beef ribeye steak. Neither option was available to me. I like my meat on the bone, so I decided to go with the full rack of pork ribs. It was delicious and I couldn't fault it at all. I would have given it 5 stars if I was able to order a ribeye on the bone.Well, there's always time!

After a miserably long flight and train ride we desired some basic jet lag friendly comfort food. I ordered the grilled chicken and steamed vegetables. It was very good and the service was "Western" friendly.

Children friendly and good place to eat.

Nice restaurant environment. Steak came rubbery and not as outback standard. Also the drinks "Coca-Cola" came tasteless and watery. I suggest not to order steaks if you gonna eat here.

Food quality: average fast food. Nothing special but definitely not bad either.Atmosphere: good! Nothing authentic but overall pleasant.Staff: they were extremely polite and responsive. Very tolerant with kids. In my opinion the best point about this place.

Steakhouse restaurant located underground of a building. The food here is delicious and huge portion, recommend to share.

Very friendly staff.I liked the atmosphere a lot.On Friday as it is completely booked so time is very restricted.Food taste is amazing.My favourite was bloomin onion.They also provided bread and butter as a service (as much as you want).Went again and experienced more hospitality. If you are with children then the provide you high chair, colour sheet and colour for children. And they have kids menu.Recommend this place.

Amazing service and super delicious food. We celebrated my younger brothers birthday here and they were super nice and made him a small brownie ice cream cake and a personalized picture frame. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Every restaurant in Shinagawa has an amazing vibe. What stood for me was the unique taste of food and more importantly the hospitality shown be the staff here.Bang for buck..

Good steakhouse in Tokyo

Is the "SUGNATURE STEAKS" of the lunch menu on HP just a spelling miss of "SIGNATURE"?anyway, everything in this restrant is simillar to original except for soup menu.If there is a chicken tortilla soup everything is perfect.oh, except for HP spelling.

I love the small cubicles with leather seats. Nice setting to eat my favourite ribs and burgers. Staff here are very attentive, much better than the Outback the other side of Shinagawa station.

I do not understand how a Steakhouse can not cook a steak as ordered!... I ordered well done and it came medium...same in Hong Kong... Then I ordered Brownie to be served warm to hot...it arrived room temperature. Service was good.

The food is great, and the staff were very concerned about they're serving such as ... they're gonna asked you this , how's the taste and the presentation itself.

If you like red meat, ribs, burgers, and greasy food in general, this is a decent restaurant both in terms of quality and pricing. Staff speak English. Family friendly but it’s partially smoking.

First time ever eating outback and it was delicious. The lamb was so juicy and tender.

First name in Tokyo and feeling hot and tired so went to Outhouse to with a colleague for dinner. Shared the ever reliable boomin onion then he had a medium rare ribeye steak which he polished off in no time. I went with a filling and tasty Alice Spring chicken which hit the mark. Service was excellent and at ¥6100 for the food plus beers was reasonably priced.

delicious, not expensive, workers so friendly, last order hour is 22.00 o'clock not good. they are closing early hour.

Not much waiting time (300 seats), very friendly and efficient staff. Food is good also. Free bread refill if you order main course.
